this is a very good piece of laptop with light weight and faster speed.

On/off switch somewhat hard to operate but keyboard easy and responsive. Screen easy to read and like the touch screen although rarely use it so not sure of value.

This was the perfect solution for my son's first computer. He loves it. He is a first year college student and he needed a durable, light-weight, device that had good memory storage and a fast processor.

Although I am learning to use Windows 8.1 I am still impressed with this computer. I have been able to do everything I needed and then some. This is just the right size without going smaller to a tablet or larger to a full laptop.

Love the touchscreen, the tablet transformation and performance.

I love this laptop! I came from an HP with a larger screen & it was way bulkier; this is so much slimmer & the screen resolution is way nicer too! After all the taxes & such it was a little bit pricier but it's definitely worth it for all that it does. I'm so happy with it!

I previously tried using a Tablet for checking e-mail, doing minor tasks, etc while on travel. The Dell gives me most of the Tablet function and provides a respectful platform for doing actual work. I would be happier if it had better Tablet function.

This is a great machine. It is lightweight, yet powerful.

The laptop is really sleek. Great quality full HD touch display. Takes about 10s to start. I would recommend you to use this for school and office work . I am not a gamer so not sure how efficient it is for gaming . But overall I am very satisfied with the laptop.

Pretty good laptop, however there has been instances when it has frozen up on me. I have also had instances where the cursor has jumped around on the particular document I am typing on. Not sure if this is a malfunction of the computer or not.

This laptop is lightweight and has everything you need.

I wish mine was faster, I purchased this before and had no problem with it. But I just bought another one and this one makes too much noise, I believe its just the fan, plus its slow.

First 2-in-1 I've owned. Works very nicely, I made sure I picked something up with a good processor and memory. Quick start up and free windows 10, which I'm still figuring out all the shortcuts. Worked flawlessly for school work.

So glad to have new laptop. Love the size and all!

Having never using W8.1 before, I purchased this 2in1 model. To my surprise it worked very well. A failed Wifi card was the only problem with the one out of the box but the replacement worked perfectly. I still may not go to W-10 because I'm not sure of Microsoft's promise to keep my personal information privet.

Bought this because it folds 360 to become like a tablet. When in laptop mode it works very well. Wished it has a SSD instead of a regular HD. But for the price, there is no complain. Everything just works as a package. The only other 'con' is that it does not have a built-in stylus like the other Dell model.
