8 gb of memory is not enough so i added more. also the charging port broke after a month of use. i also replaced the port myself. geek squad wanted $600 to fix a $5 part i fixed in 10 min. geek sqaud is not worth a single penny i have spent on the warranty add on's for attempted repairs on 3 different computers. each time i was told the repairs cost more than the computer is worth. just go buy another new one. which is true when they gonna rip your mouth out like that for a $5 part repair. do better best buy and geek squad. your companies already made your millions. Then i was told i had no warranty amd wouldnt help me because it was an open box return. computer was flawless when i brought it home,

Computer works great. Have not had any problems. The registration process for Dell is nothing short of ridiculous. Still have not been able to get it registered.

This is a great laptop; I have always appreciated the Dell brand. The screen is a little bit bigger than our last laptop; it makes the pictures more vibrant.

Love it. Bought it to use with my laser engraver and works great. I LOVE that its touch screen and i can search for anything I cant find.

Nice computer but doesn’t use the USB-C style charger like most new computers. I missed that when purchasing. Still has an older style charger. Works great and is fast and has plenty of memory for what I need.

I bought this computer to replace my 7 year old HP computer. It only had 112G of storage. This Dell is great. Non-glare screen, Windows 11, clear graphics & 512 GB of storage. I was happy to be able to download the drive from HP so I wouldn't have to replace my 15 year old HP printer.

I bought this Dell laptop from Best Buy a few weeks ago, and so far I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The performance is smooth for my everyday needs—web browsing, video calls, Office apps, and light multitasking. Programs open quickly, and the system stays responsive even with several tabs and apps running. The screen is clear and bright, with good viewing angles for watching videos or working for long periods. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the trackpad is accurate, which makes it easy to use without an external mouse. Build quality feels solid for the price, and the laptop is light enough to carry between home, office, and coffee shops. Battery life has been good in normal use, easily lasting through a work or school day with mixed tasks. It stays fairly quiet, with the fan only spinning up under heavier loads. Setup was straightforward out of the box, and I only had to remove a few pre‑installed apps I didn’t need. Overall, this Dell laptop has been a great value purchase from Best Buy—reliable, fast enough for daily work and study, and comfortable to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid mid‑range Windows laptop without spending a premium.

Nice workhorse laptop. The weight and feel are superb, and the hardware is decent for the price point. It’s extremely responsive for non hardware intensive activities and it has good ventilation for when you are running more laborious tasks. Legacy gaming also runs quite well as expected if you wanted a few older games via steam or emulation on the go, but don’t expect much for modern gaming. Some modern games will run on it even with the limited specs but be prepared for the frame rate and occasional stutter. That said, if you’re a masochist, it can be done. I’ve primarily been using this to record unprocessed audio and do basic mixing; However, if you were planning on using this to do a full pro mix down and render I’d make sure you’re closing out your fx as you go to not overload it and cause a crash. I haven’t had it happen on this pc, but learned this from a project on another laptop with similar specs long ago. Bad time. So the speak, this is a raw rig for recording quick stems to send to your actual production pc. Long winded. Good computer 8.5/10 IGN

I love the touchscreen option of this very compact and practical laptop. Also the storage is very generous for the price! I love it!

It is very fast, easy to use. I bought it for my older mom, and she has no problems using it.
