This is a very user friendly computer. It is reliable and runs at a fast moving pace. It has so many helpful features. I'm very happy with it.

A great overall workhorse for anything a daily user would ever do - with speed, reliability, and capabilities for much more. Fun to discover how to be creative with minimal effort!

It's an okay laptop but it's pricey for what it offers. The laptop struggles to perform under smaller loads. It's 2026 and here are some of the issues why these laptops don't sell in good numbers. 1. Keyboard design is 2 decades old. Why would you design a nice looking laptop and try to fit in a full Keyboard with numeric pad on a laptop? Because of that, keyboard isn't centered and it's quite unergonomic. 2. No keyboard backlighting. If they would have chose a standard keyboard over a full one, they might have been able to save enough to provide a back lighted keyboard. 3. No, USB charging. Such a design disappointment by trying to skip USB-C charging. Too lazy and lost a good opportunity on reducing cost on charger brick. 4. Screen isn't calibrated and no matter what video mode you use, the image is over saturated. You provide and a 2K screen and ruined it by being lazy again. 5. Volume is okay but sounds quality should have been the focus. Whoever designed this laptop should they out different laptops and see why people love them. For example, Macbooks and at least have a sensible design at least for keyboard.

Works for what it is, 8gb of ram is definitely holding it back but if you can get it on sale its not bad for general online tasks and document editing

It was great, its with touch, i7 proceesor with a keyboard as old school with numbers on side, which is very much needed to my dad.

She loves rhe computer and is putting it to good use , my bestbuy experience was great Bella dod a great job . North river side mall in Illinois is a really nice store to visit

Love this laptop. Definitely faster tgan my old one. I love the keyboard layout and the easy to find power button.

Really like size and and how fast it boot up don't like it has no cd area i was not able to install my data from.

Great laptop for a great price. I have always wanted a touchscreen monitor and this is flawless.

So far, I’m satisfied. However, it seems there’s no app to limit charging to 80%, which is really inconvenient. The battery also drains quickly.

Works great. Easy to set up. Bought two, one for my wife and one for me. Priced right too.

Loads up quick everytime easy to setup looks amazing for the price works very very well.

My sales person (online) was terrific! My helper at Geek Squad was also wonderful! ( I had to buy the set up plan bc I am old and don't know how. I'm still evaluating the magic box. It is different that my previous one, but I imagine it will work out. Great to have the terrific help, though!

This laptop was purchased for light, general, everyday use in a kitchen office nook and for utility when vacationing. It has sufficient speed and storage. The numeric keypad is a nice feature, as is the touchscreen. It is well worth the price.

Goood laptop for what I need , gaming and watching movies . Plenty of space .

Works perfectly for everything I need it to do for work.
