I love this computer, it works pretty fast for everything I need it for.

I am enjoying my laptop. I will always remember where I purchased the item, and I will return if I need to purchase electronic items again. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful in helping me to choose the right laptop. The store is located 3 miles from my home which is so convenience for me. Excellent laptop for office work, with a touch screen! It meets my requirements perfectly

Microsoft operating systems and utilities are sometmes overwhelming if you do not need all of the functionality. The hardware is more than adequate and the HP monitor I have attached on the desk works well. Using the USB port is sometimes difficult because the flash drives fit too tightly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Disappointed that DELL doesn't add 1 or 2 more USB ports. Some of us still have completely functional hardware that connects via hard wire. Very pleased with the value. I enjoy the absence of junk software that gets added to department store offerings. I enjoy the ability to turn on the computer and be ready to work in less than 60 seconds. Thank you DELL and Best Buy.

Bang for the Buck with all the loaded features and storage capacity!

My new Dell computer replaced and almost identical older version, so there were no surprises about its functioning. The old one had a virus, which caused some difficulty in transferring over the data from my old to the new computer. Moreover, the power cord, the new power cord that is was defective.

Really liking my putchase of yhe Dell Laptop w/ touch screen. It takes a matter of seconds when you turn on and its ready to go. I like that it's fast in the way it processess. Very pleased with my choice.

The two initial salespeople were helpful, and I decided exactly what I wanted and needed. When I came back to purchase the laptop after getting approval, the salesperson tried to upsell me to the next model. Not clear about the "software included" like Office 365.

Good replacement fir my previous laptop. I do enjoy the touch screen.

Took about twenty minutes to set up (not counting file transfer time). Nice fast system good for light web browsing and home use. I keep it plugged in so have no idea how long the battery lasts.
