Perfect for everyday use…. Big screen and the touch screen makes it that much better

I originally made an online pick up purchase for another type of computer, for my daughter. She needed a computer to play games and for basic computer activity. Once purchesed, she was not able to play her typical games due to the speed of the computer. We went back in the store to do a return and they allowed the return. This time we went in store and connect with a floor/sales rep who helped us choose the rigbt co.puter to assist with game speed and general use. The sales rep was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, stating she play games as well. Needleas to say, my daughter went home extrememely excited to know her computer can now handle the speed of games she love to play.

This is a very good laptop; I don't regret the purchase. The only issue is that the battery dies so easily, even after being charged for half a day.

I purchased this laptop for my dad having purchased the same for myself a couple years ago and I am very pleased with it. The larger size I find very convenient, but not overwhelming. The touchscreen is something I now can't go without. And the price I found very reasonable for one seeking a computer to complete everyday tasks.

Does everything i need it to do . Even fast enough for the online games

I bought this laptop for continued education. The laptop is near perfect. I would suggest upgrading the RAM to 16 GB, if you can afford it. At 8GB of ram, I saw ram utilization sitting at 60-70% before opening apps. Once I upgraded the device to 16GB I only see about 30-40% RAM utilization after opening apps. The performance is great, it has an SSD, and it has a number pad.

this is a cute laptop i could use for school its not that heavy when u hold it with 2 hands but like if im only using 1 hand to carry it like its heavy but super cool its touchscreen but it kinda dies fast i feel like with in 4-5 hrs its abt to die nd i only use it for pinterest nd google so far.... sound quality is good tho very loud

I needed a light yet powerful laptop to connect to my office's VM. It boots fast and handles my basic needs. Only wish it wasn't loaded with all the Dell stuff that pops up all the time. But definitely a great deal at the sale price I got on it.

This laptop has been really good overall and feels like a good value for the money. It runs smoothly for everyday use, and Copilot is honestly great to work with and makes things easier and faster. It has all the features you’d want in a laptop for work or daily use. That said, the touchscreen can feel a bit slow at times, and the black finish on the front and back shows fingerprints and dirt very quickly, which can get annoying. Still, these are minor issues, and overall it’s a solid laptop worth buying.
