8 gb of memory is not enough so i added more. also the charging port broke after a month of use. i also replaced the port myself. geek squad wanted $600 to fix a $5 part i fixed in 10 min. geek sqaud is not worth a single penny i have spent on the warranty add on's for attempted repairs on 3 different computers. each time i was told the repairs cost more than the computer is worth. just go buy another new one. which is true when they gonna rip your mouth out like that for a $5 part repair. do better best buy and geek squad. your companies already made your millions. Then i was told i had no warranty amd wouldnt help me because it was an open box return. computer was flawless when i brought it home,
