    It took a long time for me to get this device back because some of its features weren't working. And the technician had to spend a lot of time fixing it. Also without a charger.

    The laptop letter & numbers happen to stick on occasion. I had to work to press and enter the needed character. I've had it such a short period of time to assess the quality of the equipment.
