overall runs fast should have thought more about keyboard

Lightweight and handles all the record keeping we do.

When I bought it it was quite a bargain, unfortunately I didn't need it all that much so brought it back. This is also a five star review for Best buy as well and how they treat their customers. As a total member, returning items is a breeze.

I had this exact laptop and when it went out, I bought the same exact one again so needless to say I love this to do minimal work. I’m not a stream or a gamer or anything, but it’s a really good deal for the money.

Excellent for daily tasks and entertainment. I purchased to replace my MacBook Air which died for no reason after one night of charging. They couldn't fix it. The Dell is a more affordable replacement and I'm happy.

A great overall workhorse for anything a daily user would ever do - with speed, reliability, and capabilities for much more. Fun to discover how to be creative with minimal effort!

It was great, its with touch, i7 proceesor with a keyboard as old school with numbers on side, which is very much needed to my dad.

It's an okay laptop but it's pricey for what it offers. The laptop struggles to perform under smaller loads. It's 2026 and here are some of the issues why these laptops don't sell in good numbers. 1. Keyboard design is 2 decades old. Why would you design a nice looking laptop and try to fit in a full Keyboard with numeric pad on a laptop? Because of that, keyboard isn't centered and it's quite unergonomic. 2. No keyboard backlighting. If they would have chose a standard keyboard over a full one, they might have been able to save enough to provide a back lighted keyboard. 3. No, USB charging. Such a design disappointment by trying to skip USB-C charging. Too lazy and lost a good opportunity on reducing cost on charger brick. 4. Screen isn't calibrated and no matter what video mode you use, the image is over saturated. You provide and a 2K screen and ruined it by being lazy again. 5. Volume is okay but sounds quality should have been the focus. Whoever designed this laptop should they out different laptops and see why people love them. For example, Macbooks and at least have a sensible design at least for keyboard.

Great Device. We love the specs on our dell. clean pictures. lots of storage for gaming and files. Happy purchase

Love this laptop. Definitely faster tgan my old one. I love the keyboard layout and the easy to find power button.

Really like size and and how fast it boot up don't like it has no cd area i was not able to install my data from.

A sales person recommended which it was okay. I returned but may be suitable for someone in middle or high school and needs an affordable option.

Great laptop for a great price. I have always wanted a touchscreen monitor and this is flawless.
