This is a wonderful laptop. I just don't like that it forces you to use MIcrosoft Edge. It took me a lot of work to get Google onto this laptop. It seems like that was a software block that would not allow it.

Great value for money! Be aware about the docking station. If you planning to use one with this laptop make sure that they are compatible.

Very happy with the Dell 15.6 2K Touchscreen laptop. Plenty fast and the keyboard is better than my HP laptop. Great a real value for the money. Touchscreen nice too.

Familiar with older Dell models Insperion and Lattitude, which are physically sturdier and contain more access ports. After 2 weeks of light use and getting familiar with the laptop, it appears to be adequate for my needs.

My 1st touch screen , Dell makes it easy to use.

Great laptop for the price. I would say remove S-mode. But also S-mode isn’t bad for the person that just needs a basic laptop

The laptop's fine now that it has been updated. When first opened it didn't work properly and it took an hour or more by phone to have a tech person get it updated so that I could download an antivirus program.
