    Familiar with older Dell models Insperion and Lattitude, which are physically sturdier and contain more access ports. After 2 weeks of light use and getting familiar with the laptop, it appears to be adequate for my needs.

    Very happy with the Dell 15.6 2K Touchscreen laptop. Plenty fast and the keyboard is better than my HP laptop. Great a real value for the money. Touchscreen nice too.

    Great laptop for the price. I would say remove S-mode. But also S-mode isn’t bad for the person that just needs a basic laptop

    The laptop's fine now that it has been updated. When first opened it didn't work properly and it took an hour or more by phone to have a tech person get it updated so that I could download an antivirus program.

    When I turned my laptop on the other day, it was fully charged. When I started a Zoom call just a few minutes later, it was at 97% battery life. After a 1 hour zoom call (virtual class), it had dropped down to 18%. I was expecting a new, fully charged battery to last at least 3 hours.

    Good performance but horrible, horrible battery life. Approximately 2 to 3 hours with just internet surfing. I'd return it except for having installed some software programs that I'd have to pay for again. It'll just have to stay plugged in most of the time.
