Easy transfer from old computer. Needed to replace old computer with Windows 10 to get the 11 program.

This Dell laptop has been an excellent purchase. It’s fast, reliable, and easy to use right out of the box. Microsoft operating systems and utilities are sometmes overwhelming if you do not need all of the functionality. The hardware is more than adequate and the HP monitor I have attached on the desk works well. Using the USB port is sometimes difficult because the flash drives fit too tightly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
