This one of the finest laptops I have ever had. Dell is a great brand, and is known for it build quality and dependability. I do believe the particular one I purchased is being closed out and replaced by an equivalent or better model. I would not hesitate to by a Dell from Best Buy again.

SO far so good , bought my last dell laptop in 2022 and it worked well until had a problem with charger or battery ? needed a new one asap so i bought this one on eraly black friday through best buy

This laptop is a good buy. It can handle mutiple apps at the same time without any issue however graphics memory is 128 MB. Overall performances of this laptop is satisfactory.

If you are looking for a decent budget laptop this is worthy of consideration. The build quality is good with some good components. 16GB memory is fine would be nice if more but you are on a budget. 1TB storage is impressive as is the Intel i7 processor. Where this laptop may fall short for some is the other components. The screen is touch with okay resolution but the nits (brightness) may be a problem especially outside or in a bright room. The track pad is not haptic and so so. The keyboard although full does not have the feel of a high end laptop but what can you expect. Getting the unit on sale will make the purchase easier. Should suit those needing a basic internet browsing experience and not expecting what you get in with higher end Dells.

Very fast and efficient laptop. I am happy with the storage space. I added another 16 GB of RAM with the available slot and runs very fast.

This is a great buy and works great. I have had alot of success with best buy and their products. Will continue to use them in the future.

The laptop is a great machine, though the fan noise under heavy load is my main critique. I love the build and the stunning, virtually bezel-less display. It's incredibly fast for daily use and traveling, making it a reliable, high-end workhorse.

I'm generally happy with the computer thus far. I like the seamless way it seems to have transferred the majority of my data seamlessly. I don't like that it won't let me use Classic Outlook, but it appears Geek Squad will be able to fix this.

Dell Computer was an excellent choice and saved $200 over list price. Service converting data from my old computer was outstanding.

Decent laptop. The cpu and storage are fine id have liked more ram but its a good working laptop.

It's been a week since I have using and performance has been excellent. The only downside is battery otherwise its perfect.

Good basic computer that is reasonably priced. It isn't a gaming PC but good student computer with touch screen.

Love it so far. Its meeting all my needs. Still learning this version of windows, but I'm pleased with my purchase at this point.
