    The Dell laptop was effective and could not be repaired by the Geek Squad. I was advised to exchange for a different laptop.

    The battery on the device doesn't last long when not plugged in. I will likely have to now ourchase a replacement battery

    Never buy from bestbuy ever. they do not stand behind what they sell. They will charge to fix it even if it's under warranty. I will never buy from them again

    Horrible battery. Doesn't stay charged. Sold this model due to wanting all of the other options, but if it doesn't stay charged, its not worth keeping.

    So far this has been a great laptop. Its easy to use & is compatible with every program I need. I do low key work from home on it so I didnt need anything fancy. The sound & video quality is also A+.
