Does everthing I need it to do, love that it is touch screen

The laptop makes noise and get stuck sometimes when processing.

I don't spend a lot of time on my new computer, but I have noticed that there are a lot of time it forces me to restart, and this morning it had turned itself off - I did not think I was going to be able to turn it back on. Not sure what's going on . . .

Dell laptop is the right size and lightweight. System seems to shut down on its own when plugged in, but then hangs up, and acts as if there is no power. Won’t restart, have to completely drain the battery before charging again to start up.

This laptop is reasonable price and it’s good size to carry

No issues getting it set up. Case is lightweight but seems durable enough.

This is a nice computer, but one thing about Greek they should ask people if the computer is new and set up would not be so long it take so long .. need but too much should be 300.00

It seems to work great and plays games without trouble but it will only last 10 minutes when unpluvged so you constantly have to have it plugged in to use it.

Returned - it's extremely loud and the brightness level at max was way too dark for me. Couldn't use it from the start.

The laptop's material is not too good, I felt like I might break the screen sometimes when bending it from one side. When It dark, the keys are super hard to see, and multi tasking will make the fans speed up which is pretty audible. It's cheap, if you're looking to get by, get this. If you want a good laptop, spend 2-3 hundred more dollars.

Had a defective battery so I returned and purchased a HP. Disappointing for a brand new computer! Was told this was typical for Dell computers lately not standing up to quality they were known for!

The fan is so loud. It gets annoying when on it for work

Never buy from bestbuy ever. they do not stand behind what they sell. They will charge to fix it even if it's under warranty. I will never buy from them again

Horrible battery. Doesn't stay charged. Sold this model due to wanting all of the other options, but if it doesn't stay charged, its not worth keeping.

Worked for 3 weeks and the laptop itself died, do not recommend.

I purchase this to support my software for my self employment. The speed is fast there is no lagging. I truly enjoy the touch screen.

So far this has been a great laptop. Its easy to use & is compatible with every program I need. I do low key work from home on it so I didnt need anything fancy. The sound & video quality is also A+.

I am using my Dell laptop every day! I use it for searching on the internet and to keep up with my emails. The laptop is fast and great to use.
