This is the best laptop for the price. Been using it for a few months now and I absolutely love it. There's nothing I cant find wrong with this laptop.

Bought this laptop and have had zero issues. I bought it not knowing it had a 60hz refresh rate and was a bit troubled by this, although it is now overclocked to 70hz (70fps). Also know this laptop comes with a mobile version of the rtx 2060 which is inherently slower then the full size and you cannot play demanding games on this machine when it is not plugged in.

I bought this as a gift. The person loved it! They were able to play all the latest video games on it.

Replaced a previous Dell with this unit to get windows 10. Super fast. I use it for work from home for accounting. Highly recommend.

At times this laptop seems faster than my desktop. Starts up quick and the screen is amazing.

Overall solid performance but the fan is very loud and starts up at inconvenient times sometimes.

Much better start-up, shut-down and general performance than my older Alienware gaming laptop. Very happy with this computer.

An excellent machine once you get past the funky rules for using the Nvidia graphics card. You can’t set the Nvidia card as the default video card. According to Dell support, it would cause the system to overheat. So much for engineers and their expertise! Occasionally the system hangs for a few seconds. I believe it is a result of network connectivity problems which my provider, Optimum, has had a lot of lately. The system is fast to boot and is very responsive. It also has a lot of disk space.

good laptop but could be better. Fans can get more nosier then most gaming laptops

I've been working with this laptop for 2 months now with no complaints. It was nice Dell didn't load it with bloatware like they used to, just antivirus. I miss the DVD writer I had on my previous Dell but those things seem to breakdown after about a year anyway. The one possible complaint is the power cord sticks straight out the back which makes it a a little difficult to hold in your lap, otherwise seems to be a good machine. I like the fact that Dell includes an SD card slot which makes downloading pictures much easier.

Game play is great the fan is a bit noisy but love it overall

I should have watched some YouTube videos on this, because I was definitely disappointed. I got this laptop about a year ago specifically to play games. It constantly kept overheating, witch would cause games like COD MW to close unexpectedly. I ended up returning it and going with something else.

This laptop is powerful. It can run Black Desert online very smoothly. Its design is fashionable. It has 3 USB ports, very good for me.
