Q: Does this device have a 60 Hz or 144 Hz screen? Gloss or matte?
A: After speaking with Dell support, I can now confirm that this model has the 60 Hz screen! Everyone who was saying it was the 144 Hz screen was WRONG! I will most likely be returning this product.
A: No it does not have gsync.
A: 1.) You can upgrade the SSD that comes in it. However, it has a second M.2 slot so you could just add a second drive but I think it would need to be a SATA M.2 drive if it goes in the second slot not compatible with a second PCIe M.2 drive. 2.) It also has a standard 2.5" drive bay so you can have 3 drives in it. 3.) The model I bought came with 2x8GB in dual channel.
A: There will be a few updates in order to play games and control the rgb keyboard but not much.
Q: How many USB ports are there? The specs say three, but I can't see more than one in the photo...?
A: There are 3 USB A ports. One on both sides and one on the back side by the HDMI port. Also there is one USB type C/Thunderbolt port on the left side. So 3 USB A and 1 USB type C/Thunderbolt.
