1.) You can upgrade the SSD that comes in it. However, it has a second M.2 slot so you could just add a second drive but I think it would need to be a SATA M.2 drive if it goes in the second slot not compatible with a second PCIe M.2 drive. 2.) It also has a standard 2.5" drive bay so you can have 3 drives in it. 3.) The model I bought came with 2x8GB in dual channel.
