Bought this for my son to use at college. Great specs and graphics for gaming or college work

Love it. Weren't many available in 17" size and this had more video power than I really needed but the cost was still great and all the other features were terrific. Works fast. Easy. One of the best I have had. Have been very happy with Dell in the past and this seems to follow the trend. Need it to conduct remote teaching and it works great with all the software. Easy on the eyes too.

Great headphones and do everything it says they will do. Easy setup and great sound.

I ordered an Acer 17" gaming laptops and it arrived damaged. The port for the network cable had a little latch that was broken. So, instead of ordering another one and having to wait, I looked around and found an open box Dell G7. The manager of the computer dept. took care of me and I got $450.00 off the sticker price. The G7 is a little heavy but the graphics are phenomenal.

The Dell G7 is a good midrange gaming machine. It is nice to have the 9th generation i7 and the RTX 2060 graphics. When the fans come on when you are gaming, it sounds like rain falling outside. The picture is very nice even with shooters and action RPGs. The price on sale is a good match for what you get with this machine.

I am not a gamer, but need a powerful enough machine for running virtual machines, and other IT related software for school and work purposes. I am very happy with the performance. I wish it came with more RAM and had a lager capacity, but 16gb is sufficient, and 32 will accommodate any foreseeable needs.

I downloaded the new purchased software with no issues. the Tech was very helpful. Bought several items with the computer. Looked at other items. Never felt any pressure from the staff. Social distancing was working, no problems. Went back and bought another computer for my spouse. Will come back next time there is a need. Glad that we made appointments each time.

Purchased this laptop on Cyber Monday at a great deal. Picked up in store. It's a work horse, I can run several software programs at the same time with little noticed slowing. Happy with it. However, the speakers are rather poor quality, definitely need auxiliary speakers or headphones to watch movies/Netflix.

Had the machine for a week. The laptop is good. I got it as an open-box item. Had minor issues only like machine would get a bit hot after long periods of use and some sound issues. Keep in mind it was not a brand new machine i purchased. I am confident the brand new one would be amazing. Laptop is stunning in the design.
