very happy with laptop if you are mobile and don’t have enough space, this is a good choice.. the speed and capacity makes browsing and gaming enjoyable. i got a cooling stand too. saves space on my desk as well as keeping cool. If you see this on sale grab it! i hesitated and paid regular price.

I don't game much, but the few games I do play on it gets great game rates. I use it mostly for editing HD videos in Adobe and the software supports the RTX 2060 perfectly. I really like that I can assign what video card apps use so the battery lasts. The customizable backlit keyboard is a nice touch. I make the colors match the or holiday.

First let me say that this is an amazing product. My complaint is specific to this open box Satisfactory on that I purchased. I ordered it for curbside pickup. The Best Buy website only listed that it was open box satisfactory, not what specifically was wrong with it. When I got home with it I found out that it was missing a power supply. I called the store and they said I should drive back and they will fix the issue. When I got there they said there was nothing they could do and unfortunately they do not sell any power supplies compatible with this model. They tried connecting a universal power supply, but that just gave an error message because the biggest universal supply that Best Buy sells is 90W and this system requires 180W so it was stuck in the plugged in not charging state. Best Buy advertisements clearly state that open box Satisfactory includes all essential components but may be missing minor commonly available accessories. Getting this laptop so it can turn on means I have to order the proper power supply from the manufacturer and wait 2 weeks for delivery. The system does not function without power so the supply is essential and Best Buy does not sell any compatible replacement, so it is definitely not commonly available. Calling this open box satisfactory is blatantly false advertisement.

Plays every game I own on max settings. My desk top I used to use would run them on medium at the most. I have not bought any new games but I will. Looking forward to put net you more paces.

I Found nothing wrong with it, only entry was fan stopped, dated 2 months before I purchased it. Upgraded to nvme 512gb and 1tb SSD, boots up and loads programs super Fast. Throttle stop is a must have, laptop runs a lot cooler without performance lost - 150m on cache and -320mw on power.

I typically do not use PC laptops but I needed a very specific Windows computer (working from home) with a built in Ethernet port, 3 USB ports, and 17in to arrive by a certain day. This laptop was the only one that fit the criteria and it's great! I don't use it for gaming so I can't review it for gaming but for a work PC - awesome.
