This Dell gaming computer looked really good on the papers but when my son got it he did not like it that much.

Great product capable of handling the heavy document capacity required for my job. Ease of use and enough force to handle multiple software programs running simultaneously without crashing.

It's an amazing computer for engineering student, if you need it for hardcore FEA this is the computer for you

I've had this a little over a year now and after a RAM upgrade and a bigger SSD and secondary drive it still meets my expectations and runs perfectly.

Works great it's fast that's why I gave it 5 stars the only thing I dislike about it in order to play big games without lag it has to be plugged in other than that this is a great computer

Nice computer so far didnt come with a y bloatware which is a huge plus ha ent benchmarked it yet but should be able to run most games at high fps

I really liked this laptop initially. Became frustrated though quickly with random mouse issues that at first I thought was touch sensitivity or driver issues. Finally realized the problem was the wrist wrest area had to much flex in it. When I was using the laptop the area to the left of the trackpad would push in quite easily and depress the left mouse button just enough to register the click. Sometimes, using my thumb to press the button it wouldn't even push down anymore. The issue should be easy to fix on Dells end by putting proper support around the trackpad. For people using it with detached keyboard and mouse this would not be an issue. Maybe if on a desk with an addition wrist support.

This computer is fast, battery holds a great charge & it has a great display. I Love the computer even though it was suggested for gaming and I am not a gamer. Highly Recommend!

Pretty good laptop. Although I had problems installing new update, had to contact dell for help

I bought this laptop for my small business and it runs my security camera hardware,Menu app,and every other thing I through at it. Very fast. I even play games with my son.

I bought this for my grandson. He has been very happy with what it can do and the portability.

Washer is nice and quiet. Easy to use. Installation was fast and the guys knew what they were doing. Old washer was on the truck before I even opened the garage door.

Bought 2. For son it is a great laptop and meets need. For husband he does not like some components but it is better than what he had.

Works great but I wouldn't say it's a fast laptop. My old Dell basic i7 was much faster with the programs I use

The laptop performs very well. The only downside is the 1TB drive is a slower drive, but you can always upgrade that to an SSD.

My husband purchased this laptop after searching for one that fit his needs. He does a lot of video and photo editing and he was overall impressed with how this laptop has performed

This computer was an urgently needed purchase to allow some of my employees to quickly begin working from home, due to COVID-19, and it completely fit the bill!

So far the machine works great. I run AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup on here and it handles it pretty well.

I am not playing games on it... I use it in an office setting running Word, Excel, Filemaker, and Web Browsing. It works GREAT for all of the above! Boots up quickly too!

This is a good configuration for the price. The big letdown for me is the cooling for the laptop. While gaming, the keyboard will become alarmingly hot. I added a six fan laptop cooler under the laptop that still left tye keyboard hot enough that I'm using an external keyboard. Kind of ruins the whole point of getting a gaming laptop...
