||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In less than 2 months (i.e. brand new laptop), the system is not able to trace down Network Adapter. Unfortunately, WiFi is the only way this laptop will connect to the outside world. We cannot find or add the Network Adapter in the Device Manager Utility. Spent more than 1 hour with Dell Technical Support. They gave up quickly and are asking me to ship the 2-month old laptop to their service center in Texas! If I call the local Geek Squad, I bet you they will charge me to fix this problem. Instead I am going to local Best Buy and return this poorly made laptop.

a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner).
b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.
