I am very disappointed with the new Dell I purchased. I am unable to connect to the Internet. I have spent hours on the phone with Dell, Geek Squad and Internet provider and still unable to have the problem resolved.

This computer or Windows 10 in general is very slow even for basic web browsing. The computer will take almost 10 minutes to start up on a regular basis, not just with updates. The flip and touch screen is nice but the actual mousepad does not work well. Should have spent more for another Mac!

I purchased this computer as an open box item. It is perfect!!! I love that it's a full lap top or could be used as a tablet. Not liking Windows 10

I recently purchased this 2 in 1 but had issues with the size of the screen. I tried using HDMI but the screen was cut off and could not adjust it. I returned this laptop and purchased the HP envy x360 which was cheaper using the college student discount.

I went and spent like an hour talking to the salesman. I hadon't done a lot of research and knew essentially what I wanted. I just don't feel like it always works when I need it. I mean it's alright I guess, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. And ps..I don't like Windows 10

We looked at several laptops and landed on the Dell. We were fortunate to find an open box with full warranty so made choice easier. This laptop starts up quick and shifts between programs quickly. Were considering the i7 processor but the i5 is more than enough

Bought this after much debate. The best buy employee highly recommended getting a laptop with ssd versus a MacBook. I'm not impressed. Next time I will do some research beforehand.

This laptop is the perfect size for what I need! Wished it was an i7 processor but really can't notice any visible difference in load time. Also wished that the RAM was expandable. All else is fine, as far as I'm concerned.

The windows 10 WIFI wouldn't keep this laptop online. I could go to google and yahoo but that was it. I would look at the status and it would be connected then disconnected. We went with the new MacBook works fabulous.

I'm an employee for BestBuy but I won't let that bias my review in any way. I'm heading to college soon and needed a new laptop without breaking the bank. I needed something lightweight, TouchScreen, and with Moderate Specifications as far as the Processing and RAM power go. For the money this laptop is worth every penny. The only downside as far as the hardware goes is the low speed HardDrive. This can cause some slow loading and transfer of files, but it's nothing a quick installment of an SSD can't fix. Heat: This laptop gets as warm as any other. It's not bad, but it will get the upper area of the keyboard and underside a bit warm. The fan does not get noisy. Battery: Lifetime is about 6 hrs when doing internet browsing or basic tasks. When watching Video it goes down to about 4 hrs, and when gaming or anything else it goes to about 2 and a half. The laptop has a good construction of aluminum and a rubberized matte finish on the cover. The touchscreen is insanely responsive and recognizes up to 10 touches at once. The touchpad is also good, recognizing all windows gestures perfectly and having a good feeling when scrolling webpages. I unfortunately purchased a product that had 2 Stuck Pixels on the Display. I have contacted Dell's support as they have a pretty good warranty. Otherwise I may simply exchange it for the same model. Anyways, this laptop is a winner and it's a great new piece of hardware from Dell. Good Quality, Full HD, and relatively fast for a casual user. This laptop would be good for a Student more than anything.

Dell 13.3" 2-in-1 touch screen laptop. There was no display model to look at. When I got home I found there was no CD/DVD disk drive and no removable battery. I was given a Kaspersky internet security disk, but with no drive, how could I install it. The computer is a present for my granddaughter's birthday. The sales person did not ask if it was a present, so I now receive requests to download Kaspersky (I already have it). I am sure that if there was a display model to look at, I would not have bought it.
