Print spooler won't start, can't add a printer Can't stay connected to internet.

This is a good computer for the normal user however you must be careful when you are making your purchases as I purchase this same model that had a i7 processer a week earlier and was sold this one for the same price with the belief that It had all the same specs. unfortunately the store is not willing to fix the issue of selling me a i5 when I was told it was the same as my first purchase.

It looks great and is durable (the hardware) but that's it. Excel crashes frequently and so does the wifi. It basically just disables itself. So if you are a student, like I am, who frequently takes exams and quizzes online then this laptop isn't for you. Because of the issue with excel and wifi I've messed up on two of my online quizzes.

One of the speakers goes in and out, day one. Called Dell, no help even with the purchase of a warranty. Purchased Geek squad protection as well, still no help. No responses to emails sent. Promised a call, it's been over 4 weeks and no word. So much more to report.

Got for my daughter for school. Works great. Light, fast and easy to use. Had it for a year and a half and works well still. Super happy with purchase.

I had a laptop that weighed like 5 lbs more, this is so nice and light. 1 yr old now and no problems at all. I feel I got my monies worth.

It is an ok laptop. Doesn't always work though. Sad day

Less than a month into ownership the computer would not turn on. I TOOK TO A STOR GEEK SQUAD REP WHO TOLD ME HE HAD TO SEND IT OFF FOR REPAIR. I AM WITHOUT A COMPUTER FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. DELL IS DONE WITH ME AND YOU WILL BE AS WELL UNLESS I GET SERVICE

Made a excellent choice by picking this computer. Great for the use by the children for their school work.

Bought the computer because my old machine had crashed. I got the new one home and could not keep it online because the WiFi card was bad. Returned the computer and bought an HP.

This Dell 2n1 is by far the best machine I've ever had!

After using the laptop for several days, I haven't experienced any problems using anything from the internal microphone to the speaker. I initially took some time getting used to Windows 10, but I found several freeware programs that added a start menu and menu transparency and found this machine zipping along much faster than it did with Windows 8.1. I removed some of the Dell nagware from the startup, but really even with the stock software it is a pleasing machine that does just what I need as fastly as I need to do it. I'd say it performs comparable to my desktops with similar processors and the videocard benchmarked well within standards. Remember to adjust the brightness of the screen and turn off the keyboard lighting if you want to conserve battery life (3-6 hours). The 2-in-1 hinge seems very stable and strong in all positions and I had no problems with the wifi in either public hotspots or at home. Surprisingly enough, I even play Minecraft and several AAA titles at decent frame rates and without any real heating issues. Remember the exhaust is around the hinge. Like any computer, make sure you find the software for the purposes you need it for before complaining about performance and do some reading to figure out if some additional configuration needs to be done to make the computer YOURS instead of just DELL or Windows stock. Best br=aragin I made all year!

Had a lot of trouble with he touch screen. I would reconsider purchasing.

This is my fifth day having this laptop. It has great battery life, quiet noise, nice display, light weight and touch-screen. This laptop doesn't respond well to screen rotation, especially when it is switching from desktop mode to tablet umbrella mode (flip orientation). It only works for me the first couple days, then I have to manually set up. The keyboard is fancy and nice. Backspace tab is a little far for people with small hands. Audio is fine. If you want loud music you probably need external speaker for sure. I have windows 10 for this laptop, and just found out I have to press the power button to wake it up when it is on hibernation or sleep mode, which is inconvenient to me. Overall, this laptop is good for everyday use indoor and many new features need to be gotten used to them.

I needed a laptop with Windows 10 preinstalled to test some software. This is a great laptop. Crisp screen. Solidly built. Quiet. Fast. I was concerned that with a traditional spinning disk instead of a Solid State Drive this would be slow to boot up. But it isn't at all. Some combination of Windows 10 and the cache and design for the disk. I'd buy this computer again.

Really great 2 in 1 ultrabook for home, work, school. I recommend it. Solid product and build quality. It is a little bit heavier then other similar products, but at this price range you cant lose. I highly suggest upgrading to a SSD and a good one, performance increase is incredible with this laptop as the Core i5 screams and 8gb really push the performance of this product with an SSD attached to it. The current HDD is your major bottleneck here, the rest of the hardware is very fast, efficient, and responsive. *Warning* One major flaw with this product is the sound. There are numerous report of sound fading in and out with this product. Which has something to do with the MaxxSense software. It only occurs in streaming media however, such as you-tube, Netflix, hulu, prime, etc. Any local content does not have this affect. No solution or fix has been discovered yet. There is nothing wrong with the speakers physically, rather software is the culprit here. Could possible be Windows 10, but I'm not sure since i didn't have this product while running 8.1.

I bought this to replace my Ipad. I got tired of the small screen, how it would scroll and go to stuff I didn't want because of fat fingers, and how slow it is. This computer is great. As a tablet, it's great for reading as it is much bigger than the Ipad. Less erroneous finger input. As a laptop, very comfortable and even has backlit keys. Good screen resolution. Perfect balance of screen size and weight.
