    Bought the 13" dell with Win 10. Rate off the bat was told by BB they couldn't help me with the Win 10 because I had to buy geek support. Anyway got it home and it was very fast for a couple of days and then decided couldn't connect to wifi andmore. Now I have a dozen devices connecting to wifi no problem. So called BB and was told to buy Geek support so I returned it. I also learned you esentially get no support and you have 14 days to return it and then you own it.. No warrenty whatosever beyond the 14 days. Also Win 10 seemed to start having trouble shutting down services on shutdown toward the end. Something I expect would get worse. And once again no support.. I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.

    Connection Problems, but does the job

    I bought this for my son's graduation from 4th grade - he needed a computer for middle school. It was cheap enough that I didn't worry that he'd break it. Upon using it, I found connectivity issues that could only be resolved by restarting the computer after "forgetting" a network. There were no problems connecting to public Wi-fi areas. Beyond this, the computer works well for light purposes: documents, spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations.

    Bought this one based on reviews here and how disspointed! The WORST new laptop I have ever used - very slow (it's supposed to be much faster than my old Intel Pentium but it's not! i5!!!) and browsers keep saying not responding. Used one day, return back to Best Buy. Maybe I got the bad one, but not recommend buying it.
