I guess I'm just not used to touch laptops so sometimes I accidentally touch something and something happens and most of the time I don't know how to reverse it! Overall is a good laptop though.

I wanted to upgrade my laptop and had looked at a number of computers. This one meets all my requirements. It is light, has a crystal clear picture,good memory and ram size. We travel a lot so weight and memory are important. My husband took it overseas with him for 30 days, 2 days after we bought it and he said it works like a dream.

It's a good computer for a nice price. It would be five star, if my HD hadn't failed within one month. It would be less, if the Dell support hadn't identified and replaced the HD promptly.

GOOD PERFORMANCE, everything is good, portability, decent battery life, fast startup and great display. I always want a convertible machine so I no need to switch between Ipad and laptop,

For small (13.3") display this d vice if very readable, and responds well to my rather fat fingers, possibly better than my iPad. Its a serious computer and light tablet with ( like all-most all 2n1's) due to exposed key board I would restrict tablet use to none handling modes using kickstand on flat, hard, clean surfaces.

The hardware seems stable. Only issues so far is windows 10 and it dumping me off of WiFi. I have been able to force it to reconnect each time. Seems to be a windows 10 issue only.

We were looking for a light weight powerful laptop that we could use when going to clients homes. Working as a Home Health Nurse our old laptop was too bulky and heavy to haul around so we were entering the information on paper and then entering the information into the computer. This laptop is perfect for the criteria.

I needed a new laptop. I was looking for reasonable pricing with a lot features. I got this one, it was 100 dollars off. A lot of memory and speed. Very light and compact. I like it

Great for a college students, our daughter needed a replace laptop because he original one died. After all the comparisons done in the store we found this was the best fitting.

I really wanted to like this computer as it's size and layout were excellent. However I had too many problems running Windows 10 on it (which was pre-installed). There were issues with the sound going out, the WiFi wouldn't always turn on, and the USB ports were not always working. I spent at least 10 hours on the phone with Dell support and they weren't able to resolve any of the issues... they just kept saying that maybe they would be resolved with the next Windows update. I know this is a new operating system, but it was annoying to deal with so I ended up returning the laptop. I'll wait until some of these kinks have been worked out.

Computer size and capabilities are a good value for the money. Windows 10 takes some repetitions to get it to work, it is not as intuitive as a basic user would want.

This is my first laptop for college and I really am surprised on how good of a laptop it is! First off it can turn into a tablet then it's also really small and light which is convenient for me. Over all I'm happy with my purchase.

I like the computer. I had an issue with the first one within 3 days the network card stopped working. Store gave me a replacement machine that is now working fine

I bought it for my son for school work. He loves it and can do everything he wanted it to do. He likes the 2 in 1 feature. That's works great for him in class.

I have no problems so far with my computer. I have had it for over a month just using for school still getting used to the way that Windows 10 is sit up.

We aren't all that tech proficient or knowledgeable, but wanted a laptop to keep at our 2nd home and use for travelling. The size of the keyboard and screen are good for us 60-somethings. We both have difficulty with the touchpad, it seems a little quirky. Sometimes too quick to respond, other times too slow. I usually plug in a mouse when I'm using it for more than checking email. Not impressed with the speed, and still trying to get used to Windows 10.

Wasn't sure I would like the Dell, I am surprised. I love it. It's the right size, and I love that I can fold the laptop and use it as a tablet.

This computer was purchased based on the recommendation of the two sales clerks both of whom were extremely nice. Although college has not yet begun, in just trying to learn the computer, it seems it will meet if not exceed the expectations set by the sales clerks.

My son needed a computer for college, and we found a good selection at Best Buy. The Dell had everything he was looking for at a great price.

I bought before going on vacation and love using. can use as both laptop or tablet with ease. l am still getting used to typing on screen.
