This laptop has been perfect so far. Replaced to HD with an SSD and this thing runs so much faster. Worth more than I paid for. Great buy.

I have the this version and the latest version of it as well. The latest version is with number ending 53 is much better than this.

Bought this machine for my son for school. Sleek and sturdy machine with has a good punch (Processor and RAM). Speaker quality is very good too. The first piece had a defective speaker, but it was a smooth exchange process @ bestbuy (usual).

Purchased this computer as a gift for my nephew. He loved it and is using it for school. He didn't even know it was a 2 in 1 and thought that I broke it when I converted it for him. Great laptop overall and it doesn't feel cheaply made.

Have been back to Geek Squad (they are great) 2 times so far in the 1 month I have owned the lap top. Continuing problem where internet connection is lost. As per Geek Squad, internet drive is bad, reset 2 x's. Going back today for a 3rd time and demand of new lap top with no loss to 3 yr plan I purchased for support.

It was so easy to buy it and at the best Price; then i was not going to be in town by the date I had to pick up.. by means of a simple call i´ve got the chance to extend the date until after the end of the year.. awsome!!
