    I love how well this works. I bought it primarily as a work computer to be able to use on the go and love being able to switch between tablet mode and laptop. Tablet mode is great to use on the plane when limited space is available as well as use with airplane mode. Plenty of memory for everyday use in addition to use with work. Decent screen size, touch screen and be sensitive which takes some getting used to after switching from a non touch screen, and faster processing than I was previously used to. Not too heavy to carry around daily if needed.

    The laptop is ideal for home or office and has a fast processor and loads of memory. Most computers with these features are hundreds more and there is little advantage beyond solid state.

    Wanted a sleek, light laptop and needed latest windows version to use for personal use, banking, etc... Also added Microsoft office products for business use. Laptop is great, screen and visuals are very clear, good color, and easy to use.

    Despite having gone to Geek Squad twice I continue to find that there are out of date drivers that cause performance issues. Wireless is a real source of problems as is backup. I expect more from both Dell and Best Buy.

    We love everything about this laptop, it was a great purchase. There is so much memory and storage and runs quickly. We also love the ability to turn the screen completely around for just tablet usage.

    I enjoy the touch screen option. The computer is very heavy, and I wish I had considered this when I was buying. The screen is large, and is great for watching movies and playing games. I would recommend this as a desktop computer.
