    System Backup USB drive process failed many times during initial start-up. Geek support would only say 'bring it in and drop it off' no attempt to fix remotely. Waste of money for that support! Found simple 'fix' after searching online. Geek Squad should know what to do! Win 10 has many issues impossible to find fixes! YouTube videos 'lock up' and require restarts to shut down audio! Mouse hover and auto select is terrible, can't find a way to disable, online support only covers Win 8! New computer needs 14 updates to be done in a critical sequence - what a joke! Buy a Mac from any online retailer, save yourself the hassles / agrevation!
