I returned this laptop

It was slow and didn’t function correctly for me from the onset. I spent valuable time trying to figure out the issues with Dell to no avail. I ultimately returned it and purchased an MSI gaming laptop that I love.

My best computer ever

Of course, technology keeps getting better and better, but this computer has no flaws. I am very impressed with everything from the display to the keyboard, speed, weight and quietness of the computer. I think this is an awesome computer for the price. I look forward to using it so much. This is the one to get!

Never got a chance to inspect quality

Received the unit a week later than originally quoted and it came uncharged with no power cord, no instruction guide or any other accessories... just a dead laptop in an empty box with old packing tape balled up and thrown in the box. Returned the unit and purchased from another vendor.
