    This computer operates very smoothly. The 24" screen size is large enough to make reading even small print easy. It fits nicely on a 40" desk with room for a printer next to it. Setting up went fairly quickly compared to mot computers.

    Our old computer was purchased in 2012 and had become very slow and unable to update to Windows 11. So we decided to gift a new one to ourselves for Christmas! This new one is wonderful to use!

    To be clear, I only bought this computer because of the need to move to W11 and my old computer could not upgrade. The setup process feels like it drags on and the insistence on using a MS account is annoying. Could not get my files to transfer from the old machine so had to buy an external drive: more $$ and more work. Also had to buy an external CD ROM since the new Dell doesn't have one (my prev. HP and Dell All in Ones came with one), again more $$.

    Love this new screen and all in one desktop…..keyboard nice and mouse easy to set up and use….. Best Buy guys loaded all-our old info and gave us a quick tutorial to windows 11 and we set up at home with ease…..thank you all for helping us older tech challenged couple with such a winner!

    Old computer would not accomadate Windows 11 and have had all in ones past couple of computers. Very nice. Works well no complaints and happy to have Windows 11 up and running. Was not the cheapest place to buy but all within 100 dollars and I have used Best Buy the past 20 years.

    This AIO is just what I needed for my home office. I'm retired and no longer travel for business, so I don't need a laptop but I do need a bigger screen that still fits in a small space. This is just the ticket!

    Love my Dell all-in-one. Good customer service with Best Buy. This purchase was to replace old Dell 24 which could not be upgraded to Windows 11 due to processor. I love Dell all-in-one due to its compactness.

    Replacement for Dell optiplex purchased in 2009 that finally played out. Also had Windows 10 which was no longer supported. If computer could have been repaired, cost would have been prohibitive.

    I like the fact that it's much faster than the Dell it replaced. Not a tech person and my use is limited but so far it seems good. The other one lasted a long time, and I hope this one does as well.

    I have been buying from Best Buy for as long as they have been open because I get very good service from them. I had a problem and they came to my home and could not repair my TV, they replaced it. They are always very helpful and polite. I will always shop at BEST BUY...
