So far I am pleased with this Dell al-in-one computer.

The item arrived in very bad condition even though it was listed as being in good condition. It also showed that a mouse was included, but there wasn’t one. When I asked, they gave me a mouse, but it doesn’t work. On top of that, the item has many more scratches than expected.

I had trouble with mine contacted Dell said I could return under 30 day guarentee. Well since I thought I would be helping out Best Buy by buying it through them, I will not be making that mistake again because they have a 15 day return policy and will not honor Dells. My spport and allegiance with Best Buy has ended. I will be buying directly from the manufacter.

No booklet to help set up the computer. Had to have “Geek Squad” come(had to pay extra !!!) to install items from the old computer,that the Mentor store said could not be done. Geek Squad rep was great.

I bought this “open box” excellent condition all in one , but it has been a nightmare trying to work with this, super slow, shuts down every hour, and then get freeze and I have to turn off and restart, do not thrust !

The New Dell Computer was what I needed to do all outside work daily

It was nothing but issues from the day i got it dell sent me to ubreakifix it they had to replace the mother board but since it took so long dell or best buy will not stand behind it for a return now im suck with a over 800 dollar computer that i cant properly use.

This unit had a dead webcam, what is worse it was an open box item that was supssedly tested. Best Buy used to be better than this. You may want to skip this machine and get something else.

I had to return this item because they - after three attempts - were not able to transfer the data from my old computer to the new one.

Not happy for the cost . Nothing special about it does not let up does not let down no touch screen not worth the dollar will be returning soon not happy at all

Great all in one. Fast and reliable. Unlike a lot of other all in one pc's, it comes with wireless mouse & keyboard. Screen is clear & crisp.

So far so good! Gift for my mom for Christmas. Mostly used for enjoyment...casino games, Facebook, etc. Its very fast and she just loves it! She is 94 and does very well with PC and streaming.

So far it's working well. It's has a good security system. Make sure you write down your password.

Never got it as Best Buy cancelled the order. I rescheduled pickup once due to having an accident. As I was trying to figure out how to be able to do the pick-up I was sent an email that the order had been cancelled because I didn't reschedule immediately.
