I read reviews that said it was slow. I assumed that teens or people used to super fast computers wouldn't be impressed with these specs, but it would be fine for normal use for her. Oh my gosh, my expectations were not high in any sense, but this thing is sooooooooo slow. You literally cannot have open 2 Chrome windows without a LONG delay. I couldn't even begin to imagine installing iTunes or anything like that on here. I wish I could return but we threw the box away already. I gave it 2 stars because she likes the large monitor, but that's a stretch. I've paid less and gotten more for other computers. This thing is slow slow slow.

We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry to see that your computer is performing slowly. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if it will help your computer run faster:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
