So not only do you have to get behind the computer and tilt it to plug things in, I can imagine someone with bigger hands would not be able to fit between the back of the machine and the stand. For some reason, this computer is much slower than my old one, which was made in 2008. Download speeds - on the same internet connection - are like they were in 1996. I have no idea why this is and would expect better from a brand new computer. One month in and I needed new batteries for my keyboard. I only use the machine about 4 hours a day. This compuer seems like a step backward, not forward.

We're sorry that your computer is performing slower than you'd like. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if your computer can run faster for you:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
