Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your computer is running slower than you hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways for your computer to run faster:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

It broke just over a year old. Geek squad thinks it is the mother board and can't fix and will need to ship to some other place at a cost of $85. . Since I paid 200 for extra coverage and now need another $85 plus cost of parts to fix, I decided it isn't worth fixing, It broke just after the 1 year manufacture warranty ran out. I can't afford a Dell.
