Right off the bat it was slow, I was unable to have multiple things open at the same time. Even having only two tabs in the browser while I had the settings open was bogging down the system. Returned the item.

I have high speed internet but computer ran very slow, worst than dial-up. Dell charged over $200 for upgrade warranty. They couldn't do any thing to speed it up said problem was internet provider. NO it was the computer.

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
