    Great sound systems , easy to assemble, so far so good. I would recommend upgrading your mouse due to how simple it is. However, its great that it comes with everything you need to start using it right out of the box.

    So far I love it! I am disappointed with the key board battery holder cover, very much a pain and cheezy... this could use some help on updating and changing.... but other than that everything is great! The screen is very clear and even though I didn't want to spend this much... after looking at other screens and such I really felt it was worth every penny verse buying something I wouldn't be happy with just to try and save some money.. I have had good luck with Dell in the past so I decided to go with this one.

    Knowledgeable and friendly associate. She knew all about the computers I was looking at. Even my brother, who is a technology specialist, was impressed with her knowledge of the computers. Grateful, too, for the Geek Squad. They are always helpful and patient with my tech ignorance. Best Buy is always my store of choice for all of our technology purchases!

    My new Dell computer is amazing! The speed is so much faster than my "ancient" Lenovo, which was almost 10 yrs old. The graphics are vibrant runs at a much better speed, and has many features . I am looking forward to use the newest feature, Copilot. I will have my Dell for a long time. My sales rep recommended the Dell and I could not be happier!

    So far so good. The Geek Squad worked with us to get all of the our files from our old computer to this new one. Although there were a few hiccups along the way the set up and transition went fairly well. As for this computer it is a thing of beauty. No problems or complaints so far! Would recommend both it and the Geek Squad.
