    This is a great product. Well made. And 27 - inch screen is so good. I have an HP 24-inch All in One, but it developed a problem and HP techs could not fix it. The Dell has no problems. Sound speakers a little small, which is the only fault.

    I like the product thus far but had issues with connecting keyboard to the monitor. Unfortunately there were no instrucions in the package. I spent many hours trying to use this new computer.

    I do like the size of the screen but hate it that DELL has pretty much forced people this year to buy this particular style. I have always l the telescope design with the option to adjust the height. It is a faster computer and the graphics are good.

    Everything runs very wall and quickly. My only complaint is the display, My old dell XPS 7760 5860 2140. WOW So clear and images stuck out. This new dell computer provides only 1900 1200, this disappointed me, made things poor visual quality. otherwise, a very nice computer, windows 11 not easy to learn.

    This computer is a WOW compared to a 14” laptop with unupgradable Windows 10 system. The remote keyboard and mouse operate smoothly and the touch screen is an added feature. Windows 11 is easy to get used to and has some good features that I’m still learning.

    Thankfully the switchover to this new PC was seamless .. as my old "main" computer just stopped (a terrible feeling). Geek Squad was able to load all my important things on it from the old (black screen) computer.
