    My husband started working from home like many. We were having unstable wifi in his office and decided to use direct ethernet connection instead. The laptop provided by his company, which is a Dell, did not have an ethernet port. This solved that problem and also gave him more ports for added monitors.

    It is easy to set up and worked right away. Easy, connects all my devices on my desk when I come home. Only thing it operates on USB 3.0 and does not have a USB -C connection

    This was incredibly simple to setup. Plugged it into my laptop, downloaded the appropriate drivers from Dell, and then hooked up my monitors, keyboard, and mouse. Highly recommended for individuals that only run FHD monitors.

    Great value for options it offers. Works as designed and has a number of ports for current or future expansion. Note: this model does not have a charging option. You’ll need your laptop charger in addition to this component.

    Considering the price you would expect a high quality product. The ethernet port refused to work so it was returned. A lot of money for something called a dock that cannot carry power to your laptop. Ended up returning this and upgrading my laptop to a Surface Book and purchasing the MS dock, which does exactly what was expected.
