Avoid Trade In
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed in Best Buy's trade-in program. Sent them a working unit using their boxes and instructions. They claimed the unit would not start and refused to honor the trade-in or return my unit.

Geek Squad is terrible

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad could not set up properly or pull up my iTunes songs & library. I took it into Geek squad 3 times & scheduled a home install. It was a 3 week wait on the home install & geek squad cancelled appointment at 8 pm the nigh prior to scheduled install.

After meeting with the sales rep, I decided for this model. After installing everything, I was very pleased with the unit. A beautiful upgrade from the old tower.
