My experience was great at Best Buy! I am not a computer savvy person but got a salesman who was very helpful and sold me everything necessary to upgrade to Windows 11. My current computer could not be upgraded as it was purchased in 2016. It was simply a quick in and out, got what I needed with no pressure to purchase a lot of things that were not necessary. I would definitely shop at the Reno store again.

My old computer was not Windows 11 compatible, and it was running real slow, so I had to buy and new one. Loving it

We are very happy with our purchase. It's amazing how much better and quicker we can get things done now with our new computer easy to use as well.

So far my new computer works well. Still learning.

All in all this a great desktop computer. I run two wide screen monitors while playing hulu live stream on one of them and it never slows down

Very nice machine. Lightweight; easy to figure out hardware, ports, etc. Operating system very usable. Would have liked a CD tray. Like my Dell

Have been using it for one week. So far GREAT! Very few changes from my old Dell.

Too soon to tell. So far quite good because of Windows 11. Would prefer 2-4 more connection outlets on the rear; haveing to use the front connections for permanent connections.

So far we are very pleased with this purchase. It was an easy transition for us from our old computer.

This Dell desktop is the perfect system to use for your everyday computing needs. It is small and powerful to search the internet and run your apps that you use every day., Set-up is easy and if you use Microsoft all your data and settings can be downloaded from your old computer to this new system with ease.

It is fast and contains everything and more than I will need

I have always used Dell so it is what I wanted this time so I had Geek Squad transfer all data over to new computer but I had multiple issues getting everything to install and run correctly so I wasn't able to return it back to Best Buy because of time restraints so I ended up paying a local computer tech to get it fixed which wasnt cheap but it is running good now.

Easy setup. Works great. Dell quality makes it easy to upgrade my system without losing previous functionality.

I work from home and all my computers had windows 10. One of the formats I use is not compatible with windows 10 anymore. I chose this computer because I have always used Dell and have had great success. I'm very happy with my choide.
