When I got home I found out my monitor wouldn't connect , my speakers wouldn't connect, I needed a new Word access card, and the keyboard doesn't even have raised marks for you to find the index finger start keys

Poor empty machine!

I "paid" for a complete data back-up and when I bought this new machine the transfer was not able to be accomplished by the geek of the day, so I have this new machine without any of my old data, which dated back to 2002 and I am NOT a happy customer. I feel I have been defrauded and am weighing my options.

False Sales Price

The sales price listed on the computer did not match the price at the register. 3 sales persons could not get the sales price on the register. This is the second time this has happened in 2 yrs at this location. Best Buy hopes the customer doesn't realize they are overpaying at the register compared to the sales price listed.
