Best buy delivers in just in the factory dell box, no other outside protection or protection from the weather or coverage of the fact that it's an expensive laptop. Make sure you're there to pick it up. The laptop is nice looking. Lots of positives. Biggest negative was the keyboard, its a bit weak feeling and despite the crazy fan system on this device the keys still get warm to the touch. Because of the crazy fan system on this device the form factor is hard to find laptop shells that fit. The rest of my thoughts on this device are positive. Screen is nice, snappy, plays well. Im happy with my purchase

Of corse its my baby. I use it for my VR, GAME.BUSINESS, WORK IT DOES EVERY THING. BUT GET A EXSTERNAL HDD.IT FILLS UP QUICK.

This is an amazing computer. It’s a little bit heavy, but it’s got great speed and really awesome to have and cool colors too!

This laptop is absolutely underrated. Bought it for a great price and at a discount (Keep a lookout for the occasional discount!) and this machine delivers. It has great storage space, great performance, and not too loud. The trackpad feels cheap but there’s really no other complaint for the price. I’ve downloaded FPS games off of Steam and it plays smooth with high settings. I’m also using the laptop for multimedia creation and graphic design programs. Solid personal work laptop or high performing college laptop on a budget.

Don't use it for gaming, at least not yet but I intend to do some video editing in the future. It seems to be a good value and it is much faster than the Inspiron 14 it replaced. The only negative so far is that the case is plastic and it looks and feels cheap. I don't really like the power outlet in the back or the massive brick charger either but overall I am pleased with this purchase. One last tidbit, it's difficult to read the keys on the keyboard when the backlight is off in a darkened room. No contrast.

I've had a great experience so far from playing the newest call of duty on balanced setting to marvel rivals to modeling in fusion 360 ,screen is nice might have issues if using outside but that is a minor issue, will eventually upgrade to an additional drivean 32gb of ram im a power user an chew through ram most wont gave that issue

I like this laptop, however, the battery life on it while playing a game is very short lived. I find my self having to plug it in after only maybe and hour or hour and a half. For the amount of money Inwoukd expect the laptop to be charged enough to play a game for at least 2 maybe 2 and a half hours, I only play the sins 4 so not a lot going on there to make the battery run out so quick… imagine if I were playing a online multi shooter game…. Inwoukdn’t unless I plugged in first.

I bought this for my child for his first gaming PC, the specs for the price are solid. I picked this up on sale for $899, not to sure it's worth the full price of $1149 but it's really nice either way. My only complaint is the screen, the 1080p 120hz is great but the colors aren't too great, it looks a little washed out, the screen is definitely its weakness but for what I paid im ok with it.

The cooling system in the G15 sets it apart from other 4060 equipped laptops. Im able to game for hours on end with no worries about temps. The chassis and construction are very solid, and do not feel fragile in any way. For the money, its a fantastic option.

Laptop runs everything I need it to decently. Its no major power house but I woukd say it will work for 95% of people looking to get into gaming. It will studder from time to time, but runs most games easily at 1080P 60fps+. The only issue ive had is the keyboard does not have multi color back lighting.

1 year 3 months in and the laptop has been working great. Huge upgrade from Msi, only complaint is huge charging brick and thick charging cable. Its a beast though, can take a beating.

Originally purchased for travel, this has replaced my desktop at home and has become my primary computer. Blazing fast, boots quickly, and great display. Highly Recommend!

Its a great gaming laptop for the price. Especially when using dlss. Easy setup. Great customer service and driver downloads via the dell support app. The laptop is very heavy tho so its not the best choice for mobility.

It's a hefty machine that doesn't lend itself well to portability. Don't expect to easily slip this into a slim backpack or comfortably use it on the go. And to make matters worse, its charging brick is a literal brick – comically large and heavy, adding even more bulk to any attempt at transport. In summary, this laptop is a powerhouse capable of excellent performance. However, potential buyers should be aware of its tendencies to heat up, the occasional spontaneous crash, its considerable bulk, and the equally bulky charging adapter. It's a machine best suited for users who prioritize raw processing power and will primarily use it in a fixed location, rather than those seeking a highly portable or flawlessly stable experience.
