Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop was fine for the first few weeks ive had it, than out of nowhere i was getting problems at least once a week, i was contacting dell once a week as if i worked there, battery life sucks, the "G" mode sucked and was not reliable, the Alienware software sucked, everything about this laptop has been a horrible experience, i ended up selling it and buying a Acer predator, it has not disappointed me yet. stay away from this trash that they call a gaming laptop.

Great for gaming

This is the first one that can handle gaming and runs well. I’m not a big computer nerd so I can’t speak to any of the specs but I’m very happy with my purchase. Love the back lit keys and how many USB ports this laptop has.

Overall, an amazing pc for its price.

They've always been a secondary computer or one to take on road trips. But this Dell laptop is just as good as my desktop. It boots up immediately, loads software quickly, and seems to need updates less frequently than the one it replaced.

I have a few issues with downloading fonts and all the extra apps they put on it that is not necessary. But still a good machine. Not sure how it works as a gaming laptop as that is not what we use it for.

Runs Forza horizon 5 on high settings. Anything from the past few years time on higher settings. Decent battery life, nice display. Definitely pick up more ram.
