By the time we went to install, we realized we had purchased the incorrect ink. When I went to the to exchange ink cartridges, I was advised I was trying to exchange after the return date had lapsed. Never the less, the clerk had a manager review this. Not only did he over ride the system and did the exchange but gave me a store credit! Ink cartridge is in and working fine. Thanks for a great job.

The laptop is certainly adequate for my purposes. The display provides nice detail, the fans are pretty quiet, and the speakers provide decent sound. I would recommend plugging it in for a sustained gaming session, but the battery management gives good warnings as the battery gets low. All in all, the laptop meets my needs at a reasonable price.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice laptop, especially with the Ethernet port and extra USB slots, I do not like the new thumb pad on the laptop since they removed the two buttons at the top - it is very difficult to navigate the screen now that there are no longer the two buttons (left & right) so I have to use a mouse now. Bad improvement.
