Good performance, display, easy to upgrade to 16 GB ram. Running steam games with 4 D graphics. Have between 40-60 FPS.

I needed a gaming laptop. This one was the right choice works very smoothly. Hope it lasts for many years.

I bought this Laptop for my daughter for online learning and I wish I would of bought one for myself. it's really nice quality compared to those cheap chrome books kids use for school these days. This machine will last her all the way into high school compared to those cheap laptops maybe last 2 years. She doesn't game or anything but she loves Art and making videos so that's why I went with a powerful gaming machine like this.

My first gaming laptop but this laptop is great playing witcher 3 on this laptop with little problems.

Dell has made using the computer with the NVidia graphics card a lot simpler to use than before. I had this computer for nine days. Kudos to Dell for installing those critical updates, though could be done a little sooner.

Every video you watch on you tube reviews this as a solid powerful machine. Now that I have it I concur.

Totally worth it, has very powerful specs for the money. And can run most games at max settings.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas present. It broke right after the warranty expired. My son called Dell and hoped they would repair it under warranty. They agreed which was great, but the problem was they couldn't seem to get him the return box. Reps would say the box was delivered, but when he told them the box hadn't been he would discover that they mailed the box to another state. He was finally sent a box and it was repaired. The repair get 5 stars. The process to get the box gets 1 star. I will average out the experience to 3 stars.

Got this for my son to start college. He absolutely loves it and can’t wait to use it to the fullest.

I use it to design fire alarm systems. I am using autocad on this machine. I like the performance.

Very nice and fast Laptop. Not a huge gamer but the games I have played run with ease.

Definitely an upgrade to the old laptop I was using previously, but did expect for the processor to be a little faster when opening large files and during gaming. Only real complaint is how loud the fan is.

Plays most all current games on high settings. Will not do ultra. The cooling fans do get loud at times. This is not one to use in your lap it will stay very warm all the time. Overall a nice fast laptop

Do not buy this laptop. I had bought this laptop at the beginning of the pandemic (March 2020) to use for work because I was sent to telework. Fortunately my employer provided me with a laptop and no longer needed it. I decided to keep it as a personal laptop and barely even used it (probably less than 5 times), I hadn't even finished setting up my profile when one day I opened it up, heard a loud crack and screw came flying out. The hinge that holds the screen and body of the laptop broke. I called Best Buy and they told me it was out of warranty.. so I have not decided to take it to them to fix it because they will charge me. I researched the problem and it looks like it is a common problem with this laptop. I think it is a design flaw and I hope that Dell makes themselves responsible and replaces consumers who had this issue. I just want a laptop that works, I've never even used this thing.

Bought it and right after the warranty ran out. The battery died. The battery that costs 499 dollars to replace from Dell. The laptop was not used that much for about 6 months, with Covid, my son had to start using it for school. I guess the laptop couldn't take it. Not impressed with Dell 2 months out from the warranty should have replaced the battery. I mean if your product won't last but a year? Won't buy Dell ever again!
