    The specs are great on paper, but the build quality is extremely poor. The hinges began malfunctioning at the end of the first year, and now the case itself is popping open below the hinges. Unfortunately, I have experienced similar quality problems with Dell hardware at work, so I will probably not purchase this brand again.

    I thought when I bought it you could put a game cd in but there is no place for one. That’s a big negative for me

    Everything is working fine, the product is great. My frustration is more towards the poor customer support I have received. I am missing my laptop charger, and have been using my other Dell laptop charger in the meantime. I asked online chat, I went in store for help, and no one was able to help me. Is it really that hard to ship an extra item to me?
