Very fast and user friendly. I wish it had a CD drive but other than that I’m happy with my purchase.

Fast to boot up and good graphic for gaming. If it's upgraded to 32 GB RAM, it will run super fast.

I bought this laptop for gaming and light editing purposes. Not completely satisfied but I don’t mind as well Pros : Looks good. Solid build. Not as heavy as an Alienware. Games run good with gtx 1060 max q(not great) Cons : Not a fan of the blue backlit keyboard. Heats up way too much and way too fast. Laptop screen is only 60hz. Webcam is bad. Overall I would say it’s nice but wait for the new model to come out.

This laptop has plenty of speed and processing power, loads of storage and a very fast boot up time.

I bought the G7 to replace an earlier Dell. This laptop is easy to set up, and is amazing.

As computers go, its got the speed and power. But the design of the laptop itself is terrible. The left and right front corners are sharp and dig into your hands and wrists. Also the way it is contoured makes it very difficult to pick up sometimes. Finally, yes, the battery life is terrible.

The G7 is great. I am very happy with it. It has a super review as a gaming machine; however, I bought it for other reasons.My hobby is digital photography . The configuration of this machine is what I need to deal with the related softwares. Additionally, I needed a platform to attach a Wacom or similar drawing tablet as I want to get into digital painting. This machine has everything I need to expand going forward.

My computer doesn’t lag playing video games. It’s super fast and the resolution is perfect!

Computer works great and runs out oculus rift with no issues. The SSD boots up quick.

This laptop compares to ones 300-500 dollars more than it sells for. I bought this computer for gaming and starting to get into programming/development. I upgraded the HDD to SSD and upgraded the Memory. With applications today these two things are a must with any computer purchase... With that said, I couldn't be happier with my purchase as it meets my every need and expectations.

This Dell G7 operates great for our daily uses- we don't use it for gaming, but with the gaming hardware this platform is very capable of handling anything we will need. My drawback is that I am not a fan of Windows 10 and its pushing of all things Microsoft. The my documents and music etc folders are all linked to a very small cloud storage account, instead of on 1 of the pc drives.

This laptop is a beast, amazing power for the price. Great specs. Wish the SSD was larger, but you can always swap it out if you want to upgrade. My only issue I had, which is why it gets 4 stars, is that the screen requires extensive calibration right out of the box, or the colors will look very dull and washed out. After calibrating the screen, it looks acceptable.

Price is reasonable and performance is excellent. I will recommend this to anyone.

Battery life is great, performs well, graphics are awesome, and it doesn’t overheat.

I loved this very much. The laptop exceeds my expectation. I love to play games a lot and I bought this one. The video graphics playback and the rendering is lovely that it was running seamlessly. The only thing i feel negative about this laptop is the weight of the laptop. It is kind of heavy but not sure this is the standard weight across other laptop brands with this configuration.
