This would have been good as a chrome laptop. This laptop do not have any LED indicators so one would not know if it is working or hang during the Win10 installation. Best to have an extra flash drive during the Win10 installation or you will not be able to easily complete installation! Very disappointed with Dell's engineering team for releasing such a product where I know they can do a much better job.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry that your computer is performing slower than you'd like it to. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if your computer can perform faster for you:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

I bought this for my elderly mother to use to play her card and word games. Within two months, the right hinge came apart while opening it. Dell, will not warranty the hinge, stating it is physical damage, and wanted more than 1/2 of the purchase price for the hinge repair ($119). It was not dropped or abused. It sat on my mom's end table when not in use. The hinge and screen housing are thin plastic held together with two tiny fasteners. The fasteners came out of the plastic under the force of opening the computer. Very poor design and Dell refuses to make it right. Definitely will replace this with an ASUS or Acer.
