I bring it with me for military related duties and it works perfect for watching movies etc. The processing isn’t the greatest but for what I paid for it it works great. Very small and portable to fit into my go bag and still has all of the benefits of a bigger laptop.

Don't waste your money

Was great until the drive finally gave out. Don't make netbooks anymore and didn't want a big laptop because I use it on the road alot. This definitely is not a replacement. It was so slow and was out of space before I could even start using it. You definitely get what you paid for. Didn't expect alot but you can't even just browse the Internet or check emails. Simple stuff that a basic cheap phone could do. Do not waste your money.

We appreciate your feedback on your computer. If you'd like to free up some space we'd recommend checking to see if there are any programs that you do not plan to use that you can remove with the following steps:
Uninstalling or removing software or applications that you do not use or do not need from your PC can help speed up your PC. Applications may include background processes, system services, context menu entries and other things that can slow down your PC.
Uninstall applications you no longer need using Programs and Features (previously called Add/Remove Programs). Unnecessary applications occupy space on your hard disk drive.
1. Press the Windows logo key + R on the keyboard.
2. In the Run dialog box, type appwiz.cpl and press the Enter key.
3. In the list, select a program and click Uninstall.

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.

6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.

Although, the 32gb hard drive is very limiting with Windows 10 (cannot accept updates). I noticed they don't make the 32gb laptops any more (64gb is the least).

I ended up getting to a point where I needed to get a Windows computer to run a specific program to tune my car with. This Dell 4gb had everything I needed and at a price less than other computers that had fewer features. Most of the other laptops in this price range also had fewer features than this one. So far I've intentionally limited how much I do on it. I mainly use it for the car tuning program and other basic things like email and internet. I installed the free anti-virus program that came with it from Best Buy, and I also purchased a highly discounted anti-virus program from Best Buy that I plan on using once the current one expires. I think that as long as you're not expecting to use this as a "super computer" but instead let it be what it is, then you'l be more than happy with the product for the price. Hope this helps. Thanks.
