Inexpensive basic Windows 10 laptop. Decent for web browsing but struggles to run higher end programs and games. Limited HD space.

Bought this for my grandaughter so she would have a simple light portable laptop for school. Added a 128gb micro usb drive and off she went!

Okay so I liked this computer, but the build is really cheap plastic. It cracks really easily. Also eventually the headphone jack started being weird. It has a really small memory so it could barely run the microsoft 365 that came with it. Ultimately I had to reinstall windows to make it work again when it got too full. Also comes with annoying bloat ware. But it's cheap and convenient.

My review is solely on the price. For under $200 we were able to provide this as a fundraiser prize and it's a Dell product. Best Buy is great!

Needed a small computer for my daughter for school, is everything she needed, a little slow on start up but no big deal, works as intended.

Only use it on occasions battery doesn't last long. Seems to be sluggish. OK product -

I gave this laptop to my daughter as a gift , for graduation, she goes everywhere with it, she loves the color too, I'm happy I bought it.

I enjoy using this lap top very convenient lightweight and simple.

With limited memory this is a good laptop for basic computimg and web surfing. At the price and the open box deal it was well worth it.

Bought 2 of these for my twins that started middle school and had to have them. They do the job, and are the right size and cute colors so they could each have a different one.

This product is perfect for what i need. I bought two if these as a gifts to my niece and nephew so they can use it for school and everything works like what we have expected.

loved the size and battery life. had a software issue and wasn't able to exchange for the same so had to get a dif model.

This is a pretty decent computer, as long as you don't want to do much. I only really use it while I'm in bed watching TV and cruising Facebook. I did add Office and one or two other things. Then the Windows 10 anniversary update came along, and it wouldn't go because it needs 20GB free space. This laptop only has a 32GB drive (which I really didn't notice when I bought it, my bad), which is not upgradable. So, for email and FB, it's OK. If you need much more than that, look elsewhere.

Bare bone laptop, good for student as ultra portable... with very basic tasks. Very flimsy built quality, screen broke within a year with light use.

Not a bad computer if you are just running one or two programs at a time. Great for MS office users and email/browsing. But forget YouTube and Netflix - if you want something that can handle that you'll need more ram and a better processor.

Great price but supper slow to open internet pages because of only 2 Gb of memory

I got a really good sale price on this item so it ended up being a great value for the price. Was a gift to a student who says it takes care of all there current needs.

I wanted a small inexpensive laptop that was easy to carry and navigate. I got what I wanted. Very happy with this purchase.
